Utterly me Clarice Beanby Lauren Child This story is about a girl named “Clarice Bean” and she wants to be a detective. The main character, Clarice, is trying to solve a crime that happened in class. I liked this book a lot because it was interesting a funny. One interesting thing is that Clarice was always investigating things that were so obvious. Another interesting thing is Clarice. She can be very weird and say things like “I can smell a rat” which means she thinks something is going on. I think Clarice Bean is the funniest character in the book, but there are a lot of more funny characters but you will have to read the book to find them. If you like funny and interesting books, I would recommend “Utterly me Clarice Bean. Ashlyn Degmetich
